Grant Application Guidelines
Applications for support are accepted from non-profit institutions throughout the year and reviewed bi-monthly. Trustees meet in February, April, June, August, October and December.Qualified Applicants
The Fuller Foundation makes grants to institutions in Worcester and Boylston, Massachusetts. No grants are made to individuals or to endowments.
The Fuller Foundation’s primary focus is no longer making large multi-year capital grants.
Inquiry
Organizations should send a letter of inquiry or make a telephone inquiry. If your inquiry meets with a positive response, please follow the guidelines below in preparing your proposal package.Grant Requests
The signature of the Chief Executive Officer of the proposing institution is required on the grant request. Applications should be made in a reasonably brief narrative form with an appropriate budget. The request should indicate how the proposing institution would document the successful use of the grant funds and indicate how this money will benefit the institution.Please provide the following:
- Organizational budget information
- Evidence of tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
- The most recent annual report, including audited financial report
- A list of the members of your governing board

Proposal Submission
Please submit proposals in English only. Other information about the institution is welcome but not essential.Please submit a single copy of your proposal at least two weeks before a Trustee meeting to

Grant Decisions
